Our family enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from the condo, onsite pickleball court, beach side seating and umbrellas, and the convenient location. One thing to consider, we stayed during the peak of Spring Break, the week before Easter, and there were a LOT of high school aged kids partying into the early morning. HOS’s security did a good job to make sure it didn’t bother guests on site.

In order to secure residents and guests, various safety facilities have been installed. Entry is via keyed access only and security phones are placed near the condominium development’s two elevators. Hallways and stairways are well lighted and assigned and covered parking areas are provided. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach and within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and bars. We have stayed in this unit for the second time this year. The owners take good care of this unit if you get a chance book this unit.
Thank you for allowing us to make our family memories here. We have already booked for 2 weeks and 3 days next year. Today, Siesta Key Beach is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike, offering a wide range of activities including swimming, sunbathing, fishing, and more. It is also home to several beachside restaurants, shops, and resorts, making it the perfect place for a relaxing vacation or weekend getaway. This is our second 4th of July at House of the Sun - we came back again because last year was so great and it didn’t disappoint. There is a second full bath with granite. The living area has a flat panel smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Full size washer and dryer in the unit.
The view is excellent but the unit is in terrible need for updating. Since my negative review from last year, the only thing the owner had done is replace the washer/dryer. The furniture is garbage and the size of the TV’s are a joke. The rent has increased to over $5.0K per week. For $700+/night, I expect first class furnishings that on on par with the view.
The rental this time was located on the left side facing the beach. I usually stay on the side where I can watch the sunset. You can always watch the sunset from the top of the building or on the beach. There is construction going on next to the rental but that wasn’t really a deal breaker. House of the Sun features fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom units with private balconies, full kitchens, and access to all on-site amenities. Why wait any longer for your beach getaway?
Each resident is assigned a covered and private parking area for their vehicles. Fronting the world-renowned Crescent Beach of Florida is a condominium complex aptly named House of the Sun. Nearly all of the condominium residences in House of the Sun have unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and Crescent Beach. House of the Sun is located along Midnight Pass Road and consists of 58 condominium units designed in contemporary style.
The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The entire property is perfectly maintained and the staff are extremely responsive to any requests. Many restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Our January weather was sunny and averaged 70 degrees. The unit was very easy to find, ideally located near the elevator.
